Spremulli has been a physician since 1972  She was Board Certified in Internal Medicine in 1975 and Board Certified in Medical Oncology in 1977.  Her experience includes:  Fellowship at MCV in Richmond, Virginia, 1975-1977, Assistant Professor of Medicine at UK in Lexington, Kentucky, 1977-1979, Assistant Professor of Medicine at Brown University, Providence, Rhode Island, 1979-1984, Private practice in Anniston, Alabama 1984-Present.  She has medical privileges at Northeast Alabama Regional Medical Center and Stringfellow Memorial Hospital

Dr. Pramod Vadlamani joins us from Delaware. He has 11 years experience in private practice.  His Oncology and Hematology training was at the University of Missouri. He is Board Certified in Medicine and Medical Oncology. Dr. Vadlamani is a member of the AMA and the American Society of Clinical Oncology.
